| Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Shipping fees are refundable ONLY UNDER THIS CIRCUMSTANCE:
If you receive the incorrect item in your order and you return it within 7 days of notifying us of shipment.
We will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
While It is our intention to get your order on its way asap sometimes things happen and we are unable to ship items as soon as you need them. If you are shopping for a special holiday or occassion, we suggest you shop early and notify us it is needed as soon as possible. We will notify you of any delays that go over a normal amount of time.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
If you have paid for an item using PayPal, please be aware that PayPal charges a fee for every transaction. When you pay Two Sisters' via Paypal, there is a fee deducted, if we have to refund your payment because of an item being out of stock or another reason, PayPal will deduct a fee for that. We cannot control it, we can do nothing about PayPal's policies. If you have a complaint or question about how PayPal charges it's fees, please contact PayPal directly.
We will be more than glad to send you a refund for your item via Money Order if you prefer. Please let us know that is how you wish to receive your refund.
You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
If you paid via Credit Card you can expect your refund to come through PayPal. PayPal is our Merchant Account Processor and therefore, PayPal will process your refund. If you require a Money Order instead of PayPal, then you must let us know before requesting a refund.
